India National Cricket Team batter KL Rahul came up with the match-winning hand for his team in the semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 against Australia National Cricket Team. The match between the teams took place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday (4th March).
KL Rahul walked out to bat when the India India National Cricket Team was under a bit of pressure. However, the batter came out all guns blazing and played a fantastic hand for his team as he took attack to the Australia National Cricket Team bowlers, putting pressure back on the opposition.
KL Rahul, who often has been criticized a lot for batting slowly, played some magnificent shots in his innings and completely took all the pressure off Virat Kohli, who scored 84 runs. The right-hander looked settled right from the ball 1 and ensured he stayed there till the end.
KL Rahul finished the innings on high for his team as he hit a massive six to take his team to the final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. It came against Glenn Maxwell, who bowled a full delivery, and the batter danced down the track and got close to the pitch of the ball.
He got the proper connection and slammed a massive six-over-wide long-on. With his six, the entire Indian dressing room was elated as they were celebrated aggressively. There were also big smiles on the faces of Kohli and Rohit, who exchanged a hug as well.
But what caught the attention of many was the fan, who after the six of KL Rahul, breached the security and rushed into the ground to hug the India National Cricket Team batter.
